Disinformation and Defamation

Alex Jones of InfoWars, noted for his hysteria over gay frogs and lizard people in human suits, is now being sued for defamation related to his rants that the Sandy Hook shooting never happened.

Alex Jones, on his show on InfoWars, famously called the Sandy Hook school massacre a hoax, and accused the grieving families of being crisis actors. InfoWars pointed to absurd claims that the school was abandoned and no longer in use, that photos taken hours after the attack demonstrated that there were rehearsals for the event, and waived photos of children in Pakistan while claiming one of the Sandy Hook child victims was now a crisis actor there, half a world away.
