Again?

The advice from the FBI when in a mass shooter situation is

1. run until you can’t run anymore

2. hide until you can’t hide anymore

3. fight until you can’t fight anymore.

Honestly, I’m just wiped out, emotionally. You can’t just run, hide or fight this stuff.

And what gets me really annoyed are all the senior citizens with bravado talking about how they would be able to handle an active shooter with their guns. Have you noticed that they are all seniors? It’s like when my German grandfather went hiking with us and decided to leap over a tree that just fell onto the mountain path. He really hurt his knee. My father explained to me that when people get older, they remember what they used to be able to do, and think they can still do it.

Millions of people want gun rights. OK. How about we read the rest of the Second Amendment, where the right to bear arms means being in a militia. The modern translation for that would be the National Guard.
