What would you do?

If President Trumps arrests Supreme Court members, ignores court orders and cancels elections - what would you do?

Bandy X. Lee, the famous expert on violence formerly with the Yale School of Medicine has warned us that with personalities like Donald Trump’s, “there is no bottom” in terms of what we can expect. That means normal political analysis will not help us prepare against this administration.

The United States is a violent country. People actually equate shooting guns with free speech here. The Black Lives Matter protests scared a lot of people - enough to take down those statues honoring slavers. Police stations were burned down. Windows were smashed. Not so unusual in many parts of the world, but a little over the top for what we are used to in the States.

Having said that, violence is the worst reaction right now. It will only feed the justification for vicious law enforcement actions against large groups of people.
