Healthy emotional strategies are discussed in The Tell to help people from falling into cults and abusive partnerships. As I’ve observed before, all of us are vulnerable at some point. That’s when predators move in.

Most of the writers in this space focus on identifying what cults are up to, how they operate and how people have escaped. Certainly, spotting a tar pit is important. So is avoiding it in the first place. That’s where The Tell comes in.
