The Border and the U.S. Government
The problem began in 2017 when the North American Butterfly Association (NABA) sued the U.S. Government to stop the building of the border wall with Mexico. Their complaint was that the wall would cut its nature preserve in two, with most of it inaccessible to the Butterfly Center.
